You can call me Kemie and you can consider me a fun, adventurous yoga teacher and a student for life who also loves to recreationally freedive and go off on an adventure somewhere in nature.
I am obsessed with life and I believe that we are here to experience and connect deeply within us and around us. This is what led me to Yoga! Connection to the self goes deep and in layers. Yoga showed me how incredibly intelligent and how resilient and adaptive our bodies are and how incredibly powerful is our breath!
Learn to control your breath, to grab the wheel of your mind and your body. After all our breath is the bridge to our consciousness! This is the reason why I love learning applied neuroscience and its interconnection to Yoga Asana and Breathwork/ Meditation.

Melanie has a background in transpersonal counseling psychology, which she merges into all of her teachings. She teaches and moves from a polyvagal lens, prioritizing nervous system health and integration. She believes that yoga teaches and helps others practice self-trust, communication, discovery, and to connect with their body. Her goal is to teach students how to regulate their nervous system through body awareness, breath, movement, and play.
Melanie has always had an interest in dance, arts, performance arts, etc. As she grew up, she lost a connection to her body rhythm, but in her early 20’s she moved to Vancouver, Canada, and there she found yoga. In 2007 she began her yoga journey; this was the beginning of reconnecting to her body, and which began to change the trajectory of her life.
Melanie considers herself a forever student and a nerd at heart. She is dedicated to self-growth and gaining infinite knowledge, which she loves sharing with her students and Yoga TT she helps facilitate.
Melanie is a certified Yoga alliance teacher, and has been teaching since 2014. She passionately earned many certificates of training such as Yin, Rocket Yoga, Vinyasa, Lead with Love Yoga Mentorship, and Level 1 AcroVinyasa.
Melanie has now accumulated almost 8000 hours in various Yoga trainings, as well as is a certified Fascia Trainer, and continues to educate herself in the psychology and trauma informed world, as well as with course that complement yoga like Kinesiology 101 – RAD Balls, Relational Anatomy and Physiology for Movement Therapists, the Flexibility Research Program, and more.
Melanie is also a full-time coach at Nirvana, which merges those skill sets while teaching yoga.

Amanda was born and raised in Bali. She was first introduced to yoga by a friend, telling her that yoga can heal the mind and make the body stronger and healthier .
She found this very inspirational, in turn it gave her the motivation to start practising. She was able to discover how yoga works for her, really build on the mind, body and soul both off and on the mat. This created a strong passion to delve deeper into the practice and making her completed her scholarship of 200 hours of Yoga teacher training in Ubud, also 50 hours of aerial yoga and 50 hours of flyhigh yoga.
She is also a surfer who likes to be in the water and with yoga she found it really working to improve the flexibility, strength and balance.
The Essence of her teaching is to bring joy, motivation and inspiration to others.

You can call me AMK, Annie or Anne Marie, I have many different expressions just like you. I have a degree in Exercise, have worked in Corporate America as well as opened three large yoga studios in California and have been teaching for over 20 years. Now I live in Bali. Having two children has possibly taught me more than any work I have done. I know success and I know failure, each one has made me who I am today. My mission is to connect with other humans and support each other on this journey. I can’t wait to meet you.

Say Hi to Mia, A friendly and energetic soul, that has been practicing different styles of Yoga (Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyenger, Ashtanga, and yin) for over 12 years.
As a yoga practitioner and yoga teacher, Mia enjoys incorporating meditation, physical yoga movements (Asana) and balance diet into her daily routine to ensure that she maintains the best physical, mental and emotional condition as possible.
Mia is committed to providing good knowledge in the Yoga field, and her yoga training includes 600 Hours study with prominence yoga teachers and scholars in India and Bali, as well as with recognised international yoga teachers. Mia loves to learn and share what she learned over the years.

Chitra’s passion for yoga started back in 2011. She realized how yoga changed her life – both physically and spiritually. From there, she decided to share her positive experience with others by becoming a yoga teacher. Through teaching yoga she can lead and help others on their yoga journey and make yoga a part of their daily lives.
For her, practicing yoga is a beautiful connection with oneself, while teaching yoga is a beautiful connection with others.

Ocha was born and raised in a strong, cultural Balinese family. A passionate yoga instructor certified 200hrs Multiple Style Yoga and certified as teacher assistant for 200 hrs Bikram Yoga, her Yoga styles of choice are Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin.
With 6 years of proven experience in leading and designing the class, Ocha understands how important it is to connect, and create an open, friendly, fun, and supportive class. So everybody feels home on their mat.
Being a yoga instructor has taught Ocha to accept herself and other people with no expectation. So for her, the student is her inspiration because she learns so much from them.

Denis is committed to helping people get back to training from injury and draws from his own experiences with injury prevention and mobility enhancement.
