- Please note that all purchase are paid upfront and are non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-transferable.
- Please provide a minimum of 12 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- You can reschedule up to two (2) times from the original booking date.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will incur a full charge, and the transaction is non-refundable.
- If a customer arrives 15 minutes late for their appointment, they may still receive the remaining time of their session, provided there is availability.
Additional Information
- Arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you receive the full value of your session. This allows for a relaxed preparation.
- Treatment Exchanges: You may exchange your chosen treatment. If the new treatment has a higher price, you’ll be required to pay the difference. However, if the new treatment is less expensive, the excess amount will not be refunded. The existing treatment schedule will remain unchanged.
